Returns Policy

• Return Window: You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be in new, unworn condition, returned in their original packaging, and include all accompanying documentation (e.g., certificates of authenticity or product tags).
• Returns without complete documentation may be rejected.
• Items that have been resized, altered, or damaged after delivery may only be partially refunded, subject to our discretion.
• If you selected the self-shipping option, please ensure the item is returned using a trackable shipping method. Once received, we will process your full refund without deducting shipping costs.
• If your order contains both eligible and ineligible items for free return, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs for the ineligible items from your total refund.
• If the item returned was part of a promotional offer (e.g., Buy 2, Get 1 Free), the refund will be calculated based on the adjusted price of the kept items. Promotional discounts will be removed from the refund amount accordingly.
• Please allow up to one week for returned items to reach our warehouse. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt.

• Items such as sprays or undergarments are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene reasons.
• Voucher payments and corporate gift cards are non-refundable and can only be used for product exchange (not cash or other vouchers).
